Circle K in Citra, Florida is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and help maintain brand standards. The RAM partners with the Management Team to ensure guests have a great experience and that safety and cleanliness are top priorities.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure, with responsibilities including shift coverage, training, and maintaining smooth

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.

• Directs team and ensures food items meet brand, company, and health regulations.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
