Job summary

Circle K in Davenport, FL, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. You will coach team members, maintain Brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM will oversee staffing, training, and administrative duties, and must uphold health, safety, and quality guidelines. A strong focus on teamwork and operational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records, completes end-of-shift paperwork
