Circle K in Davenport, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You will manage guest experiences, assist with interviews, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced store environment.

The RAM will handle cash and inventory records, complete shift paperwork, and collaborate with the RM to achieve financial targets while living Circle K values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, and ownership.

Qualifications

• Requires full-time availability across all hours of operation.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to coach and develop shift staff.
• Follows health, safety and food quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team in a fast-paced setting.
• Conduct interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain cleanliness and assign duties while ensuring completion of tasks.
• Ensure food items are prepared and served per brand, company, and health regulations.
• Train staff on new products and procedures.
• Manage campaign materials and ensure product quality and safety.
• Oversee cash, sales, inventory, and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and period-end reports when needed.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
