Circle K in Chiefland, FL is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise the team in the RM's absence. You will lead and coach team members, maintain brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, ensuring food safety, and managing cash, sales, and inventory. The RAM collaborates with the RM to meet financial metrics while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and coaching abilities.
• Performs second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team to ensure all food items meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Trains team members and communicates new product information.
• Places campaign materials as requested and ensures standards meet regulations.
• Maintains product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift/end-of-day paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and counts.
• Ensures a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per policy and helps meet financial metrics.
• Works with RM to achieve profitability and upholds company values.
