Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses in Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core.
• Basic food handling training and any required certification.
• Management members who work with alcohol must complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Team Members in courteous food and drink service.
• Interact verbally with Guests to create a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Conduct inventory and manage ordering processes.
• Address safety and security issues.
