You will be cross-trained across departments, coach team members, and assist in administrative reporting for the General Manager. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program preferred.
• Ability to lead and train team members, coach performance, and maintain strong guest service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and uphold policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in all departments to support operations and training.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles and maintain customer service standards.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, dress code, cash handling, and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
