Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-first service to life in our State College restaurant. You will lead daily operations, coach Team Members, and partner with the General Manager to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality Mediterranean-inspired meals.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, help with inventory and cash handling, ensure food safety, and promote a positive work environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering hospitality.
• Ability to train and develop Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Experience opening/closing shifts, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Support opening/closing procedures and manage food orders.
• Conduct inventory, cash handling, and ensure food safety practices.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues that arise.
• Assist with scheduling and deployment of shifts to maximize service.
