Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission, values, and guest-first service to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and support management by delegating tasks and ensuring standards are met.

You will also assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, food safety, and timely order presentation, while coaching teammates and upholding exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Be able to work closely with managers and teammates to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Ability to coach and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Assist with opening/closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Follow food safety practices and maintain cleanliness.
• Make sound decisions and help resolve issues.
• Support shift deployment to boost guest service and timely food presentation.
