Qualificações

• Basic writing skills for reports and communications.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in math and financial management for cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
