Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Empire Group team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing Crew and Shift Leaders, delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, maintaining brand standards, ensuring safety, and driving productivity and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic writing ability.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.
