Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Empire Group Team. The role drives guest experiences, operational excellence, and top-line profitability, ensuring the restaurant operates to brand and legal standards.

Responsibilities include team leadership, performance reviews, coaching, staffing, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while executing marketing and product roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Math and financial management skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees’ job performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
