Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees; communicate expectations; hold staff accountable.
• Create a guest-first culture and ensure shifts are properly staffed to meet service goals; enforce safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Control costs and drive profitability; support in-restaurant promotions and product rollouts; drive sales goals and track results.
