Job summary

Snooze Union Station in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on both Front of House and Heart of House excellence. You will guide shifts, coach teammates, and ensure a warm, high-energy Snooze experience for Guests and team members.

You’ll manage tactical tasks, uphold Snooze standards for food and service, and support local marketing, events, and development opportunities while maintaining a safe, efficient, and joyful workplace.

Qualifications

• Two+ years restaurant-related experience in an hourly or managerial role.
• Must be 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and shifts with a focus on guest experience and food quality.
• Coach and develop Snoozers, conduct check-ins, and manage team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and food handling regulations.
• Oversee areas such as scheduling, inventory, or hiring to support smooth operations.
• Open and close the restaurant according to procedures.
