Snooze Lone Tree is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead both Front of House and Heart of House operations. You will guide shifts, manage quality, and drive profitability with the GM, while coaching a team committed to radical hospitality.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent math and cash handling skills.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 45–55 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Snooze policies and uphold standards across FOH and HOH.
• Ensure Guests receive responsive and exceptional service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation throughout shifts.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for food and beverages.
• Coach and develop Snoozers; lead shift operations smoothly.
• Open/close the restaurant following Open to Close guidelines.
