Job summary

Snooze East Nashville is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure an outstanding Snooze experience for Guests and Snoozers. This entry-level leadership role supports both FOH and HOH, with opportunities to grow into broader responsibilities while maintaining a fun, high-energy environment.

You’ll oversee shifts, monitor quality, and uphold Snooze safety and food standards, contributing to a positive workplace and memorable mornings for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant-related experience in an hourly or managerial role is preferred.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts with a focus on Front of House or Heart of House operations.
• Coach and develop Snoozers, ensuring exceptional Guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Snooze policies, recipes, and service standards.
• Open and close the restaurant per procedures and guidelines.
• Support local marketing, catering, and after-hours events.
