Snooze is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United States to be the right‑hand to the General Manager, leading both Front of House and Heart of House operations. You will guide team performance, run smooth shifts, manage financials, and foster a culture of radical hospitality.

This high‑impact role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for people leadership. You will split leadership shifts between FOH and HOH, uphold Snooze standards, and mentor

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent basic math skills and cash handling ability.

Responsabilités

• Understand Snooze policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and expectations.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive friendly, courteous service with menu knowledge.
• Monitor food and beverage quality for taste, presentation and temperature.
• Manage shift flow and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead scheduling, training, and development of the Snoozers, and support disciplinary actions.
