Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ability to resolve issues in line with standards.
• Maintain motivation and handle on-shift conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and quality service.
• Balance employee and guest needs with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles and provide coaching.
• Ensure ongoing training and improve team capability.
• Monitor service speed and guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant and high product standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and schedules to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and orders; implement cost controls.
• Manage people charts, scheduling, onboarding, and onboarding efficiency.
