Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission and hospitality values to life in Towson restaurants. You will lead daily team operations, promote a positive work environment, and support training and development to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you’ll open/close the restaurant, handle standard duties like orders, inventory, and cash handling, and reinforce food safety practices while collaborating with managers and team members to maintain high standards.
