Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant systems, hospitality tech, or related field.
• Hands-on Toast POS experience, including Toast Web and hardware setup.
• Experience with xtraCHEF integrations.
• Ability to manage multi-location operations and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS, inventory, and reporting systems across all locations.
• Serve as primary contact for restaurant system support and Jira requests.
• Oversee inventory, recipe, and costing systems, including xtraCHEF maintenance.
• Build training materials and roll out new systems and upgrades.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and Finance scorecards.
• Manage vendor relationships and tech budget; lead technology roadmapping.
