Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Director of Restaurant Operations to lead hospitality across Fenway, Canton, and Fort Point. You will drive guest experiences, align FOH and BOH, and standardize operating procedures for consistency and quality.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, budgeting, cost controls, and revenue growth across sites. You will develop leadership pipelines, coach teams, and ensure strict health, safety, and regulatory compliance while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior multi-unit restaurant management in high-volume, full-service operations.
• Experience leading both FOH and BOH across multiple locations.
• Advanced understanding of P&L, inventory, wage management, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Fenway, Canton, and Fort Point.

Responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and elevate hospitality standards across all locations to ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Oversee combined FOH and BOH operations, coordinating culinary and service teams.
• Standardize SOPs, service flows, and guest resolution protocols across all sites.
• Hold P&L accountability, drive revenue, manage labor costs, and optimize prime costs.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top restaurant leadership; implement training and career pathing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations; manage vendor relationships.
