Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams and ensure exceptional guest service in a lively environment. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety and service standards to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and bussers, providing training and feedback.
• Coordinate work schedules and staffing levels to meet guest demand.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service objectives and motivate staff.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and personalized service to guests and address inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor dining room activity and guest feedback and address issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere and maintain open communication with guests.
• Ensure service standards, procedures, and safety/sanitation regulations are followed.
• Regularly inspect dining areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor food & beverage quality and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to maintain excellence.
• Analyze sales, guest counts, and average check; identify upselling opportunities and promotions.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies to improve sales and guest experience.
