Slim Chickens is seeking a committed Supervisor to help deliver fast, friendly service and high guest satisfaction in a busy kitchen environment.

You will assist in opening/closing, manage inventory, and uphold company standards while leading a team. The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude to ensure smooth operations.

The Supervisor will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Supervisor is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Supervisor’s assist the management team in meeting Company standards forquality food, service, and sanitation.

Requirements:

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
• Assist in counting out cash registers.
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
• Expedite food for guests.
• Follow directions of management.
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check, Drug Test and DMV Records Check.
