Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for The 1933 Society Speakeasy in Louisville. Lead day-to-day operations, ensure service standards, and support a brand-new F&B concept.

This role offers hands-on leadership, growth in hospitality, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, 401(k), and more. You will mentor staff, manage shifts, and uphold WLW standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all WLW training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
