Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and Concord service standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts in accordance with manager’s checklist.
• Train and enforce all service standards using menus and reference materials.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure room service is fully staffed and able to handle business volume.
• Conduct daily taste panels and menu classes for staff.
• Monitor staffing hours and overtime to align with sales goals.
• Implement and follow through on restaurant party bookings.
