Job summary

Urban Pour at Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and lead the restaurant team under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager. This role also supports banquet and events across the hotel, coordinating service, staffing, and guest experiences during meetings and functions.

• Minimum of two years food service or related hospitality management experience.
• Food Handler and TABC certifications required.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards are met.
• Lead by example with active floor presence and guest engagement.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction; address concerns promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures; ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
