The Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations at Urban Pour, deliver guest experiences, and assist in leading the restaurant team. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to uphold brand standards, drive service quality, and maintain safety and compliance.

In addition to restaurant duties, you will support banquet events, manage staff scheduling, and monitor labor and cash handling.

Formación

• Minimum two years of food service or related hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards are met.
• Lead by example through active floor presence and guest engagement.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of staff.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with banquet and culinary teams for events.
