Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in all phases of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This role serves as a leader on shift and collaborates with the Executive Chef, Sales, Catering, and Food and Beverage Manager to ensure service excellence.

You will ensure safety and quality standards are met, and maintain availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing areas and/or events.
• Monitor servers and bus person adherence to all service standards.
• Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
• Responding promptly to resolve any guest concerns.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring side work duty completion.
• Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check service stands and aisle areas. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
