The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis, TN seeks a full-time Food & Beverage team member in the Guest House Food and Beverage Department. The role features flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-premises catering.

You will train new hires on service and MICROS POS, ensure guest satisfaction, manage cleanliness, scheduling, invoices, payroll and equipment, while upholding health codes and Graceland standards.

Responsabilidades

• Train new hires on service and POS MICROS within the F&B department
• Ensure excellent Guest Service and maintain cleanliness of the assigned location
• Create and adjust schedules; manage invoices, payroll and equipment
• Meet and maintain state, county/city health codes and Graceland standards
• Manage food and beverage ordering and inventory; stock and restock as needed; assist colleagues as required
