SSP America at Newark Liberty International Airport is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations across our diverse portfolio, including Flavortown, D'Taco, Playa Bowls, Sora Sushi, Jersey Mike's, and Smokehouse Barbecue. You will lead one or more teams on shift and model high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant, possess a food handler's permit, and are

Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience supervising a team in a full-service high-volume restaurant
• Food handler's permit
• Open work availability
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership & communication skills!
