Job summary

SSP America in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations within our airport portfolio. You will work on shift with the team to ensure smooth service, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction by modeling strong service routines.

Requirements include 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, a valid food handler's permit, open availability, and the ability to multi-task while leading a team.

Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests.
