Job description

We are looking for people who have a passion to serve others! Our dining and beverage outlets, along with our hotel events, provide great exposure for our venue, including receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our passionate and committed team!

The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage costs, and sequence of service. Micros experience is a plus. The candidate should have a hands-on attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions
  1. Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets.
  2. Supervise the entire kitchen staff, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates; providing guidance, support, and counseling.
  3. Train associates in food preparation, seasoning, presentation, display work, cleaning, and sanitation, fostering growth and skill development.
  4. Assist in writing schedules, evaluating associates, and managing personnel.
  5. Maintain open communication between management and staff.
  6. Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  7. Provide associates with necessary tools and equipment.
  8. Address problems promptly in the kitchen or restaurant.
  9. Participate in weekly staff, BEO, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
  10. Ensure high-quality food preparation, proper presentation, and efficient service across outlets.
  11. Support all areas of food service and other hotel operations as needed.
