Join to apply for the Restaurant Supervisor | Full-Time | Ensemble Arts role at Oak View Group.

Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry, serving world-class venues and influential clients worldwide.

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees Cafe baristas and Lounge servers, ensuring team performance meets guest expectations. The role offers an hourly wage of $25.00-$30.00 and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), matching, and paid time off.

This position remains open until July 4, 2025, and is located within Curtain Call at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, offering a sophisticated dining and lounge experience in a cultural hub.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising shift coverage and team breaks.
  2. Maintaining menu knowledge and updating team on specials.
  3. Ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels.
  4. Complying with liquor laws and food service agreements.
  5. Handling cash and POS transactions accurately.
  6. Providing team supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
  7. Monitoring product quality and guest service levels.
  8. Working under pressure and managing varied schedules.
  9. Demonstrating knowledge of wine and spirits, impeccable grooming, and outstanding customer service.
  10. Communicating effectively in English and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Possessing a high school diploma or GED, with 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in a performing arts or cultural setting.
  12. Holding a valid Health Food Handler Card and RAMP Certification.
