Job description

We are looking for people who have a passion to serve others! Our dining and beverage outlets, along with our hotel events, provide great exposure for our venue, including receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. We also serve our internal guests with excellent F&B options. It’s our opportunity to shine and attract more business through word of mouth. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional team of passionate and committed associates!

The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, with knowledge of beverage costs and sequence of service. Micros experience is a plus. The candidate should possess a hands-on attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions
  1. Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets.
  2. Supervise the entire kitchen staff, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates; provide guidance, aid, and counseling.
  3. Train associates in food preparation, presentation, sanitation, and other relevant areas for growth.
  4. Assist in writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing personnel.
  5. Maintain open communication between management and staff.
  6. Handle disciplinary actions as needed.
  7. Provide staff with necessary tools and equipment.
  8. Address problems promptly in the kitchen or restaurant.
  9. Participate in staff, BEO, food & beverage meetings, and inventory checks.
  10. Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food is served efficiently across outlets.
  11. Support food service and other hotel operations as needed.
