Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership competencies as outlined in the Farmer Boys Management Competency Model.
• Ability to speak, understand, take direction, read, and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and teach job functions to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the shift with independent decision-making.
• Record keeping, inventory, cash management, and staff deployment during the shift.
• Ensure restaurant appearance, guest service quality, and facility upkeep.
