Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor in Georgia. You will supervise open/close activities during non-service hours and provide clear direction to crew members to ensure efficient service.

You will monitor product quality, follow the cleaning plan, control labor, and support the unit manager with discipline when necessary. A HS diploma and 1 year in a restaurant are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises open and close activities during non-service hours.
• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems and refers to the unit manager for progressive discipline when needed.
• Monitors product quality and follows the cleaning plan.
• Monitors labor usage and reports to the General Manager when corrective action is needed.
• Follows store plans and maintains cash handling and safety procedures.
