• Monitors product quality and follows the cleaning plan.
• Monitors service times and efficiency; manages labor usage per sales readings.
• Maintains safety and dress policies; notifies unit manager of accidents or injuries.
• Assists in training and cross-training of positional skills as directed.
• Follows all procedures in the Operational Procedures Manual.
