Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with policies.
• Supervises day‑to‑day activities of associates within units or multiple locations.
• Participates in hiring process and makes recommendations to management.
• Distributes tasks and prepares schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
• Ensures all safety breaks and meals are taken and compliance with wellness standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and visual appeal of display areas and ensures equipment works properly.
• Operates cash register and handles cash according to company policies.
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures and reports concerns to management.
• Performs Health and Safety activities as specified in the health and safety guide.
• Places orders, receives goods, processes invoices.
• Keeps contact information for all associates up to date.
