Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in retail or customer service.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Executes SOPs during assigned shifts, ensures brand standards, and documents deviations.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing displays; monitors equipment and reports maintenance needs.
• Reviews timekeeping punches and monitors overtime to ensure compliance with labor laws and budgets.
• Assigns tasks to associates and ensures rest breaks and meal periods comply with labor regulations.
• Escalates performance issues and coaches associates to improve performance and standards.
