• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems requiring immediate attention and refers to the unit manager for discipline when appropriate.
• Monitors product quality and ensures adherence to standards.
• Follows store cleaning plan and maintenance procedures.
• Maintains time card accuracy and wage/hour compliance during non-service shifts.
• Assists in training and cross-training of positional skills.
• Knows cash handling and register procedures; adheres to banking policies.
• Ensures dress policy is followed and reports unsafe conditions.
• Notifies unit manager of accidents or injuries.
