Job summary

The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee shift operations and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver exceptional service. You will lead restaurant associates, recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring policy compliance and financial performance.

Responsibilities include promotions, sanitation, cash handling, and reporting while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction, with emphasis on hospitality and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two to four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's operations in the restaurant and liaise with kitchen staff for smooth operations and quality service.
• Interview, train, coach and develop associates; schedule and discipline as needed with management guidance.
• Create promotions and displays to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure sanitation standards, safety regulations and accurate cash handling; prepare reports for restaurant administration.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure a quality experience and encourage repeat business.
