Job summary
Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant hotel setting. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards, manage inventory, and optimize performance during shifts.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership, guest-focus, and experience in hospitality operations, including cash handling and MICROS POS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required.
- Proven experience in host, server, or cashier roles with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control and cost management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Assist Restaurant Manager with training and development of team.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service and dining experience.
