Job summary

The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Lead Café Attendant to manage McGavock’s breakfast and lunch service. You will lead a small team, ensure beverage quality, and uphold hospitality standards while coordinating with other departments to deliver a warm, memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3-6 months in food & beverage services.
• Able to mix drinks correctly and provide exceptional service.
• Able to multitask and manage timing during peak periods.
• Able to lead in a productive, guiding manner and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Ring guest checks; handle cash and room charges as policy dictates.
• Oversee side work delegation and train the team when needed.
• Communicate business needs with your manager and maintain pars.
• Oversee daily team performance; provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain guest experience.
• Supervise sanitation of dining areas and equipment during shifts.
• Complete monthly inventory and assist in revenue-driving ideas.
• Train new team members on procedures and standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings based on daily notes.
