Job summary

The Harpeth, Franklin’s historic hotel, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee shift operations and support restaurant leadership in delivering guest satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies while achieving financial goals.

You will supervise associates, interview and schedule staff, train and coach, coordinate with kitchen, create promotions, manage sanitation, and respond to guest needs to drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Two to Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and liaise with kitchen to ensure smooth, compliant service.
• Supervise associates: interview, schedule, train, develop, coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure a quality experience and drive future sales prospects.
