Legal Sea Foods Cranston is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead HOH operations, supervise staff and ensure top-tier service. You will manage shift tasks, enforce policies and sanitation standards, and assist with training and guest resolution.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with POS/KDS. Background checks and ServSafe/Allergen training are expected as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Certified in ServSafe Food and ServSafe Alcohol/TIPS.
• Additional training in Crowd Control and MA Allergen Training.
• Completed background check and Team Member Handbook Acknowledgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HOH shift and manage staff during shift.
• Ensure schedule adherence and staff coverage.
• Handle guest incidents and escalate as needed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
• Provide customer service and training to new hires.
