Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months' employment with the Company or HR approval.
• Required certifications: ServSafe Food, ServSafe Alcohol/TIPS, MA Allergen Training, & Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation; Prevention Training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure proper scheduling and clock-ins.
• Assist with staffing and interviewing, reference checks, and training setup.
• Manage shift assignments, break rotation, and task delegation.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and food quality standards across shifts.
• Provide training on service, sanitation, menu knowledge, and POS usage.
