Experience and Skills

As a Shift Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and support your team during assigned shifts
  • Ensure quality food preparation and exceptional guest service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable
  • Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus)
  • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow

REQUIREMENTS

  • Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Background check required
