Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Salt Lake City to lead shifts, ensure SSP standards, and coach frontline teams. You will drive guest service excellence and operational efficiency while supporting a dynamic food travel program within the Salt Lake City International Airport.

The role offers a clear path into management, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties, training new hires, and delivering business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned
