Buffalo Wild Wings in Homestead, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team, open/close the restaurant, and coach front-of-house staff. You will ensure 100% table visits, resolve guest issues, and lead shift operations including cash handling and safety checks.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to alcohol service policies, and maintaining high service standards during peak periods. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and facilitation abilities with fellow team members and management.
• Knowledgeable about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests and team members.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures; basic mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach team members; positively impact sales and profits in the restaurant.
• Open and close the restaurant, including all appropriate paperwork.
• Run a mid-shift; perform shift change, including all appropriate paperwork.
• Break down cash drawers; perform safe audits; inspect credit cards.
• Complete Manager Absolutes; perform CVDs and Pull Backs.
• Monitor guest issues and resolve during the shift; document highlights in logs.
• Operational Readiness & Execution: Bar and Heart of House checks; ensure QSC.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety; receive food orders and ensure storage quality.
• Receive liquor orders and ensure proper products and storage.
• Guest & Team Member Relations: conduct pre-shift meetings; address guest complaints; manage labor on the shift.
