Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant operations on shift-by-shift basis.
• Ensure high quality operation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet targets.
• Support and implement brand initiatives and promotions.
• Oversee cash controls and daily paperwork.
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating team members as needed.
• Maintain positive guest and team experiences and handle issues promptly.
