Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an LC Assistant Manager to supervise shift activities, manage staffing and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will guide team members to meet standards and drive efficient service throughout each shift.

You will support training, coaching, and performance feedback while collaborating with management to optimize labor and inventory control and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shift execution and manage open/close procedures; supervise team members and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Manage labor, food costs, waste, and inventory during shifts; ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and coaching; provide performance feedback to staff and managers.
• Coordinate with General Manager to maintain guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
